JOB PURPOSE
To translate business requirements into systems qualities and thence into repeatable design strategies and patterns that enables those qualities (e.g. adaptability, scalability, availability, non-repudiation, reusability, etc.).
Responsible for enterprise application integration (EAI). This includes defining the opportunities for integration, selecting the tools, specifying the shared data & code resources, defining the interfaces and data-flows, and monitoring the success of said integration.
To compiles or designs architectural models of current and proposed systems across the enterprise for use internally and in conjunction with Technology Partners.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES OF SENIOR ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS ARCHITECT.
Strategy Planning
Responsible for the architectural designs of the new products/solutions/systems and ensure the designs are aligned to our future technological and operational strategic roadmap and architectural designs
Responsible for coordinating the development, implementation and monitoring of operational and technological strategy objectives in line with business and companywide strategy. Ensure the Technology and operating model of back office is aligned to business anticipated growth and ambitions.
Lead the innovation, transformation and integration teams to ensure our Technologies and operational processes remains relevant and up-to-date in a cost effective way and achieve high ROI in Technology and operational processes investments.
Act as an interface between business and back-office, translating business and customer needs into operational deliverables covering processes, technology solutions, management Information and business intelligence data.
Ensure the back office performance objectives are aligned to the business and bank strategic objectives.
Ensure to interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation.
Design and model solutions for customer innovation and experience along with similar initiatives variants, i.e. to improve controls, cost saving, improve efficiency, etc.
Manage and evaluate portfolio data and innovation pipeline assisting strategic decision-making and Go-to-Market process.
Design, research, develop, analyze and suggest new marketing concepts as well as strategies.
Ensure to share decisions’ authority to translate strategies in procedures and programs.
Lead and direct different cross-functional programs and projects of varied sizes and types concurrently.
Manage and attain customer expectations and ensure delivery fulfill expectations.
Coordinate all cross-functional activities, represent customers internally and collaborate with leaders in varied areas on allocation across projects and resource planning.
Operations
Evaluate business requirements and produce high level solution blue-prints
Compiles or designs architectural models of current and proposed systems across the enterprise for use internally and in conjunction with Technology Partners. The models are of two types:
o Enterprise Models that depict the entire enterprise and its inter-relationships.
o Reference Models that depict recommended & approved technologies & designs, which can serve as a template for future projects.
These models cover the following viewpoints:
API Stack of blessed Open Standards and Proprietary Technologies (expanded OSI 7-Layer Model)
Application Map
Data Flow Diagram
Business Process Models (from the Business Process team)
Logical & Physical Data Schema
Hardware Infrastructure Diagram
Network LAN & VLAN Infrastructure Diagram
Also, where needed to clarify application requirements, Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, viz.: Use Case, Class, Package, Object, Sequence, Collaboration, State-chart, Activity, Component and Deployment Diagrams.
Establishes the Design Repository and Metadata Repository for integrating all aspects of these models, and provides oversight of its use in conjunction with integrated Tool sets.
Perform design reviews across the organization. (Note: not code reviews.)
Leads the evaluation of vendor software targeted for possible integration into the systems or environment, including strategic applications, tools, and utilities.
Defines the IT design methodology, development process methodology and best practices.
Surveys external emerging developments, and evangelizes new technologies, standards and methodologies that will have a positive impact on the company's bottom-line and quality of service.
Participates in external standards body work that defines IT standards in the health community.
Though reporting into other structure, taking the leading role to manage the architectural work of other specialized architect teams of :

Ensures compliance
Evaluate business requirements and produce high level solution blue-prints.
Review and complete responses to business requirements, maximising compliance and documenting assumptions (high level solution assumptions where developments are required or existing solution would need adaptation to achieve compliance).
Participate in high level estimation of design effort to create requirement specifications for Development personnel.
Lead on the design and creation of deployment tools e.g. for data migration, interfacing and
configuration management.
Validate and monitor data structure changes to maintain deployment tool viability and documentation.
Interface design.
Investigate and document integration approaches with third party systems;
Produce technical proof of concepts on new technology.
Establish industry , regulatory and external issues which impact operational risk by engaging with relevant business units, regulators and Industry bodies (e.g. PCI) and keeping up to date with their requirements.
Ensure that compliance risk is managed by maintaining a compliance tracker and preparing action plans for exceptions in conjunction with management.
Coordinate the implementation of compliance plans by preparing progress updates, highlighting deviations.
People Management
Ensure the development of a high- performing team through embedding formal Performance appraisal and informal coaching… Manage team on how to conduct meaningful Performance appraisal discussions with their direct reports and ensure that they conduct the process effectively.
Determine and analyze training and development needs for people in your area, Ensure that identified training is budgeted for and executed.
Establish and maintain a succession plan for the key roles in the area.
With the support from the HR Business Partner, interview and recruit new members and provide support to them during the recruitment of their teams on request.
Ensure that all poor performance is addressed through the NMB Performance guidelines and that continued poor performance is adequately dealt with.
Develop appropriate Employee Opinion Survey action items together with the management team of the business unit and ensure that items are executed.
Motivate employees in the department and ensure that their efforts are recognized.
Act as second level escalation point for all grievances raised in the unit.

8 years’ experience in ICT area responsible for technology solutions design and support, preferably 10 years’ experience as a chief enterprise systems architecture, solutions/product designs.
Experience in enterprise systems architecture .
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues and concepts in a simple manner .
Demonstrated ability and experience to develop and defend technical recommendations and budgetary plans .
Demonstrated experience working in a deadline-oriented environment managing multiple projects simultaneously .
Demonstrated experience and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative and fast-paced atmosphere .
Detailed knowledge of the application architecture, data structures and interfacing/integration capabilities as well as design processes.

Strategy Planning
Responsible for the architectural designs of the new products/solutions/systems and ensure the designs are aligned to our future technological and operational strategic roadmap and architectural designs
Responsible for coordinating the development, implementation and monitoring of operational and technological strategy objectives in line with business and companywide strategy. Ensure the Technology and operating model of back office is aligned to business anticipated growth and ambitions.
Lead the innovation, transformation and integration teams to ensure our Technologies and operational processes remains relevant and up-to-date in a cost effective way and achieve high ROI in Technology and operational processes investments.
Act as an interface between business and back-office, translating business and customer needs into operational deliverables covering processes, technology solutions, management Information and business intelligence data.
Ensure the back office performance objectives are aligned to the business and bank strategic objectives.
Ensure to interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation.
Design and model solutions for customer innovation and experience along with similar initiatives variants, i.e. to improve controls, cost saving, improve efficiency, etc.
Manage and evaluate portfolio data and innovation pipeline assisting strategic decision-making and Go-to-Market process.
Design, research, develop, analyze and suggest new marketing concepts as well as strategies.
Ensure to share decisions’ authority to translate strategies in procedures and programs.
Lead and direct different cross-functional programs and projects of varied sizes and types concurrently.
Manage and attain customer expectations and ensure delivery fulfill expectations.
Coordinate all cross-functional activities, represent customers internally and collaborate with leaders in varied areas on allocation across projects and resource planning.

Evaluate business requirements and produce high level solution blue-prints
Compiles or designs architectural models of current and proposed systems across the enterprise for use internally and in conjunction with Technology Partners. The models are of two types:
o Enterprise Models that depict the entire enterprise and its inter-relationships.
o Reference Models that depict recommended & approved technologies & designs, which can serve as a template for future projects.
These models cover the following viewpoints:
API Stack of blessed Open Standards and Proprietary Technologies (expanded OSI 7-Layer Model)
Application Map
Data Flow Diagram
Business Process Models (from the Business Process team)
Logical & Physical Data Schema
Hardware Infrastructure Diagram
Network LAN & VLAN Infrastructure Diagram
Also, where needed to clarify application requirements, Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, viz.: Use Case, Class, Package, Object, Sequence, Collaboration, State-chart, Activity, Component and Deployment Diagrams.
Establishes the Design Repository and Metadata Repository for integrating all aspects of these models, and provides oversight of its use in conjunction with integrated Tool sets.
Perform design reviews across the organization. (Note: not code reviews.)
Leads the evaluation of vendor software targeted for possible integration into the systems or environment, including strategic applications, tools, and utilities.
Defines the IT design methodology, development process methodology and best practices.
Surveys external emerging developments, and evangelizes new technologies, standards and methodologies that will have a positive impact on the company's bottom-line and quality of service.
Participates in external standards body work that defines IT standards in the health community.

Participate in high level estimation of design effort to create requirement specifications for Development personnel.
Lead on the design and creation of deployment tools e.g. for data migration, interfacing and
configuration management.
Validate and monitor data structure changes to maintain deployment tool viability and documentation.
Interface design.
Investigate and document integration approaches with third party systems;
Produce technical proof of concepts on new technology.
Establish industry , regulatory and external issues which impact operational risk by engaging with relevant business units, regulators and Industry bodies (e.g. PCI) and keeping up to date with their requirements.
Ensure that compliance risk is managed by maintaining a compliance tracker and preparing action plans for exceptions in conjunction with management.
Coordinate the implementation of compliance plans by preparing progress updates, highlighting deviations.
People Management
Ensure the development of a high- performing team through embedding formal Performance appraisal and informal coaching… Manage team on how to conduct meaningful Performance appraisal discussions with their direct reports and ensure that they conduct the process effectively.
Determine and analyze training and development needs for people in your area, Ensure that identified training is budgeted for and executed.

POSITION: SALES MANAGER COASTAL ZONE
REPORTS TO: NATIONAL SALES MANAGER.
DUTY STATION: DAR ES SALAAM
You will be reporting to National Sales Manager- Precision Air Services Ltd Please take note of your responsibilities.
ROLE PURPOSE STATEMENT:
To sell Precision Air products and network to achieve the set sales targets within the area of sale in the assigned territory
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, execute and drive the passenger sales and Marketing plan guaranteeing exposure of Precision Air's product facilitating delivery of the company's sales targets and business objectives.
• Build and maintain sales team and network to ensure sustenance of profitable sales revenues and market share for Precision Air
• Anticipate and ensure timely to developing market trends to maximise on opportunities that arise and minimize adverse impact on company sales.
• Monitor competitor activities evaluate recommended competitive pricing level to deliver expected yield, margin and revenue targets
• To be the principal administrator for precision Air in the assigned territory safeguard PW's interests
• Provide input and participate In the identification and progress of new business opportunities for revenue growth (through special prorate/interline agreements/partnerships etc)
• Participate in PW /s passenger revenue budget process.
• Assess and propose appropriate incentive scheme to TA, Corporate travel, and
government so as to enhance productivity, efficiency and maximization of revenue.
• Develop and monitor expenditure budget/actual and control costs
• Develop customer profile database and records

ROLE PURPOSE
To provide efficient and effective customer focused Passenger Ticket Sales & Reservation
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make ticket reservations, confirmations, reconfirmations and seat selection for clients on PW flights in compliance with the carrier policies, procedures and customer expectations.
• To give fare quotes to all PW clients including group quotations and bookings.
• To ensure daily sales reports and sales dispatches are submitted in accordance to company procedures
• Give clients flight details and information
• Handle telephone & email enquiries as regards travel information.
• To protect and enhance revenue collection to meet carriers expectations
• To effectively communicate relevant aspects of customer service internally and externally to meet customer expectations

• Develop and drive the Cargo Sales plan guaranteeing exposure of Precision Air’s product facilitating delivery of the company’s Sales targets and business objectives.
• To ensure safety & security of cargo operations is in compliance with relevant industry and legislative requirements
• Routine monitoring of safety and quality of critical activities within cargo operations
• To ensure conformity with all regulatory requirements, organization standards and local procedures
• Analysis of business environment to facilitate timely response to developing market trends to maximise on opportunities that arise and minimise adverse impact on company cargo sales.
• Monitor competitor activities, evaluate recommend competitive strategy and pricing levels to deliver expected yield, margin and revenue targets
